Return Policy

We hope you love your Bombora purchase, but we understand things just don't work out sometimes. If you find yourself in need of a return, please follow the guidelines below. 

Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was placed. All products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with original labels in place. All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I make a return?
To make a return, please re-package the product(s), including the original packaging, and ship them to the address below:

All products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with original labels in place, or a return will not be issued. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If a product is used or worn we will reject the return and send the used product(s) back to you. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.

Bombora will not be held responsible for lost returns.

No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can retain the tracking number for your records.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Sale Items
All sale orders and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Discount/Promo Codes
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders and refunds will not be issued to cover the difference. Please double check to make sure any codes are entered and applied at checkout before completing your purchase.

Defective/Damaged Items
Bombora believes that quality is everything. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us at amy@bomboraties.com.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah.
We ship your orders as promptly as possible. 
Tracking info will be sent to your email after your purchase is made.
